Resizing Flash, getting your movie to display fullscreen in the web page without distortion and respond to user resizing with onResize. Uses: Stage.scaleMode, Stage.align, onResize, Stage.width, Stage.height, onEnterFrame, apply, and addListener.

Dynamic Text,
imports 3 lists of variables from a text file, formats the text including using an exported font, then creates the text from the values found in the variables. Titles can be added as the 1st variable in the lists. Uses: TextFormat, setNewTextFormat, createEmptyMovieClip, createTextField, embedFonts, Array.pop, Array.sort(Array.DESCENDING), and EOF.

Orbiting Code,
uses Actionscript math to orbit movieclips. Uses: getTransform, onEnterFrame, _xscale, _yscale, setTransform, swapDepths, Array, duplicateMovieClip, apply, _visible, Math.PI, Math.sin, and Math.cos.

Movieclip Code, various methods of duplicating movieclips and manipulating them.

Making Button Animations Play Fully, lets the animation play until it is done.
|

Easy Random Animations, with two ways of timing them. In the example shown, "min 5" has to do with how often each clip has a chance to play. At least 5 frames will play before there is a chance that the animation will play. The "25%" means that there is a 25 percent chance each movie clip will play, once the playhead reaches the code.

Sound Controller, self-contained movie clip that plays different sounds depending on which button is clicked. Features an optional volume control that can be dragged or clicked to adjust the volume.

Placing movieclips randomly, generates instances of a movieclip, places them randomly, then removes them when they are done playing.
